To better serve our costumers Flexible Warehousing Solutions (FWS) requested from the Mexican authorities a maquiladora service program. After a thorough and exhaustive investigation of our company’s history and finances done by the Secretaria de Economia and the Secretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico we were approved.

Today we have an In-house experienced customs department and handle an average of about 7 to 10 imports per day, providing some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies with their daily requirements delivered Just In Time. Flexible Warehousing Solutions VMI

  • In a predefined manner depending on our customers needs we will transfer inventories into our own facilities and manage our customers demands via Web-based applications.
  • In conjunction with suppliers we will create efficient management processes to postpone inventory ownership until shipment is delivered at our customers door.
  • We will provide both supplier and customer with value-added services which include product inspection, kitting, material reworks, labeling and bar coding reducing both supplier and customer workload.

VMI Operation

  • Supplier sends materials under consignment to (FWS) el Paso Tx.
  • (FWS) El Paso receives and inspects materials then makes arrangements necessary for exporting them.
  • (FWS) Juarez imports materials, enters them into the inventory system.
  • Maquiladora makes a request for the materials to the supplier.
  • The supplier authorizes (FWS) to fill the request for materials from the maquiladora and transfer the goods via pedimento virtual.
  • (FWS) Inventory system updated.
  • The maquiladora receives the materials via pedimento virtual and the supplier will now bill the maquiladora.
